QB Tua had a perfect game, he really played very very well in the 3 quarters he played before letting Mike White run out the clock. He finished 18 of 24 for 280 yards and 2 scores, a whopping 141 rating. He threw the ball accurately all day including two bombs to Tyreek for a 78 yard TD and a 60 yard TD. He also had a brillinat play avoiding pressure and delivering a 20-25 yard strike right to the hands of Waddle but Waddle droped the ball. Wadlle was open down the field without a defender within 10 yards of him. Tua could have had even a bigger day. A+
RB Mostert (11 for 43) and Achane (17 for 73) led the way especially at the end, they scored 3 rushing TDs between them and generally played well. The team finished with 123 yards on the ground. B+
WR Tyreek had a super day finishing with 157 yards and 2 TDs on 5 receptions. He almost did not play in the second half to prevent injury. A super day for Tyreek with a great 78 yard scoer and a 60 yard beautiful over the shoulder catch. Waddle added 5 for 52 and a costly drop. A-
OL The Dolphins started Eichenberg at LG instead of Cotton and he had a solid game against very good DTs. T-Stead left with an injury and Kion Smith replaced him and played better than expected. Hunt also left the game at some point in the second half. A-
LB The Dolphins lost iron man Baker to an injury. It did not look good. The entire defnse played well including Van Ginkel (pick 6) and Ogbah (another sack). Washington could not run as well. A-
DL The Dolphins D-line did a great job, Seiler played an outstanding game with 1.5 sacks, pressures and stops. A-
Secondary The Dolphins played without Holland but did not seem to npther them much. They dominated the Washington WRs. A-
Special teams The Dolphins special teams played better and connected on a long FG. Sanders is starting to nail long FGs which is very important for the strech run. B
Coaching
McDaniel and Miami were ready and totally dominated Washington. They played complimentary football and beat the Commanders in all aspects of the game. It is very important to win the games you are supposed to win and the team did not drop one all year long. They are always prepared and that's a credit to their coaching staff. Now it's on to host the Titans on Monday night. The team really must win the next two home winnable home games to set themselves up well for the difficult 3 game end that will determine playoff seeding. A
