QB Fiedler didn't throw much, he was below average when he had the chance. He did throw two INTs and fumbled the ball inside the Rams 10 in the first half when the Dolphins were still in it. (19 of 27, 204 yards, 1 TD and 2 INTs) D
RB Lamar Smith was just, plain and simple, bad. (19 rushes for 48 yards) Averaging under 4 yards is not so good, under 3 is just awful. F
WR The receivers didn't do much. McKnight and Chambers were OK. Gadsden had a few chances in the endzone and couldn't get the TD. He sometimes tries to get it with one hand, but he is no Marvin Harrison. D
OL Lamar couldn't run. Fiedler was sacked a couple of times, he was also sacked for a fumble. Fiedler didn't even get the first down with a sneak at about 4th and 6 inches... D-
DL Kurt Warner had days to throw the ball, they were just very bad. If Warner has time, he is unstoppable. F
LB Like the D-line they didn't do much. Even Zach wasn't very good. F
Secondary How bad were they ? Warner's very few incompletions were when he just threw the ball away to prevent a sack... He almost didn't throw incomletions. Cousin was burnt on a regular basis. Warner was 24 of 31 for 328 yards no INTs and 4 TDs. F- !
Special teams An average game. Chambers returned his first career kickoff. C
Coaching The Dolphins collapsed. A loss wasn't the end of the world against a strong NFC team on the road. But giving up 42 points without doing much on offense. F
It's not the end of the world. If the Dolphins were to lose a game this is the one. A road game against a strong NFC team was a tough game. The question is can they rebound. They have an important game next week against the Patriots. New England stopped Indy this week and managed to put more than 40 points on the board without the injured Bledsoe.
