QB Lemon did not play well. He lost the ball at the end of the half on a fumble. he only had a few nice passes and he took a 10 yard loss when he couldn't handle the snap from the Giants 2 resulting in the Dolphins getting 3 instead of 7. He finished with only 149 yards, most of them coming against the Giants' prevent defense. It's time for John Beck D+
RB The running game headed by Jesse Chatman's first career start played OK. Chatmna had 79 yards on 16 carries. Cobbs added 19 on 4 carries. A decent game for the backup RBs. C+
WR The WRs caught 6 balls the entire game, meaning Lemon went for safe short passes instead of going to the WRs. It made Justin Peele a star with 6 receptions for 42 yards. Ginn caught only 1 pass but it was his first career TD from 21 yards out. Hagan is slowly moving into Chambers' vacated spot. He looks much more invloved. C-
OL The run-blocking was OK, so was the pass blocking against a monster Giats front 4 that had 12 sacks a few weeks ago against the Eagles. It's a very consisitant group. They are obviusly not the reason we haven't seen Beck play yet. B
LB The Giants were running at will just like the Redskins, Cowboys and pretty much all Dolphin opponets. Brandon Jacobs ran 23 times for a career high 131 yards without breaking a long one, meaning there were a lot of 7-9 yard gaines. D-
DL Te Dolphins do not have a run defense. Theyu also can not rush the passer. They had one sack by Roth. That's just not enough. D
SecondaryThey played better than in the past, maybe it was the weather, or something else but they played better although they got a little lucky with the calls and a dropped TD by Toomer early on. B+
Special teams Awful play by the special teams. Feeley missed his first FG of the year from 48 yards and his kickoffs were not as good. He also had a pretty bad attempt at an onside kick. The kickoffs were not returnable and you could see Ginn has no blockers in front of him. D-
Coaching The Dolphins are now 0-8. How bad can it get. They ddin't go for it on 4th down in the 4th and they wasted their timeouts on offense wehn they knew it was a 2 possesion game. The score is the only thing that matters. F
