QB Jay played OK, but when it matterred the most he threw an INT. Jay wasn't the reason the Dolphins lost. He was decent. C+
RB Ricky only gained 69 yards on a 4.1 average. So much for getting 2,000 in a season. In this current pace it would take a 32 game season... He also lost a fumble. D
WR Chambers had a great game with 118 yards and 2 TDs, but the other Dolphins' WR got a grand total of 1 reception for 12 yards. I would have benched Thompson for next week just to get the message across. The Dolphins would have been better off without the TEs, they didn't do anything other than being called for a million penalties. D-
OL What the heck was that ? Williams couldn;t run, and Fiedler was sacked twice by Houston, I mean Houston ! D-
LB The Dolphins finished the game with 0 INTs against a 2nd year expansion QB and 0 sackes against David "I averaged 5 sacks a game" Carr. They made the Texans look like the greatest show on grass. F
DL Zero sacks against Carr, Are you kiding me ? The LBs looked super compared to the DL. What the hell was that ? F
Secondary Corey Bradford scored from 78 yards. Bradford not Marvin Harisson or Randy Moss. Carr threw at will. A rookie WR looked like Jerry Rice when Fletcher was on him (maybe it's time to admit he ain't going to Hawaii anytime soon). Awful. They (let me reminf you we are talking about no less than 4 probowlers) were even worse than the DL, and that's saying a lot. F!
Special teams We might as well cut Royals and go for it on every 4th down the rest of the season, I mean a punt in the 20s should happen once a year not once in a quarter. D-
Coaching The Dolphins lost to the Texans at home in September. Need I say more ? They got torched by the Texans, The Texans for crying out loud. If they play like this against the Jets/Bills they will lose by 7 TDs. This "6 million a year each" defense lookes like an expansion defense, with "superstars" like Andre Johnson (first career game...) and Corey Bradford looking like a combination between Randy Moss and Terrel Owens. This was without a doubt the Dolphins worst game since the Jacksonville 62-7 debacle in 1999. F!!!
