QB Lemon did not play well, again. He did not throw the ball further than 10 yards. He only had 1 pass for over 12 yards. ONE. He finished 16 of 29 for 131 yards and he missed when it counted at the end. Is John Beck on the way ? D
RB The running game headed by Jesse Chatman's career day was solid. Chatman finished with 124 yards on 27 carries. Chatman has no help from the air game but still ran well. He is a solid back-up and it shows. B+
WR A very bad game. The 3 WRs caught the ball 5 times all day, only 1 of them for more than 12 yards going for 21 yards. Awful game as the Dolphins sropped at least 4 passes, Marty Booker led the way. TE David Martin "led" the team with 4 catches for 34 yards. F
OL The run-blocking was OK, so was the pass blocking. Bills DE Aaron Schobel is a very good under-rated DE. This is becoming a solid unit showing consistency. The offense did not play well as a unit but I don't think it was the line's fault. They cab't try throwing a 20 yard pass. B-
LB Joey Porter had a very nice game, he's playing better that at the begining of the year. Lynch ran at will at the end and that's not good. C+
DL The Dolphins do not have a pass-rush, whatsoever. Taylor had a coverage sack when Losman held the ball for half an hour and he was single teamed. They just can not put pressure on the quarterback. D
SecondaryThey played better than in the past. Buffalo's passing game was not a factor. Losman had only 157 yards and an INT (Will Allen). It didn't help that Losman had a week to throw anytime he tried. B
Special teams Again awful play by the special teams. Camarillo was called for a holding penalty negating Ted Ginn's 86 yard TD return on a kickoff. It's Ginn's second TD called back. Marty Booker is the only WR not to negate a Ginn TD this year and maybe that's because he doesn't play on special teams. The coverage was average until it fell apart in the last drive allowing a 40 yard punt return to set up the Bills' winning score. F
Coaching The Dolphins are now 0-9. How bad can it get. They dudn't play that bad, especially on defense. The QB play is just insufficient to win in the NFL. The WRs will not get confused with the Marks Brothers either. How in the world will Keith Armstrong (special teams coordinator) saves his job next year is beyond me. My money is on him being out. D-
