QB Tua missed his 6th game of the year, and the team did not stand a chance without him. They basrely beat the Jets at home with him... Huntley had 3 turnovers and really proved the Dolphins need a backup QB plan for next year. 25 of 41 for 227 yards a TD, 2 INTS and a fumble. Most of the yards when the game was over. D-
RB Finally a long Achane run ! he ran for 61 yards but somehow did not make the endzone. Fittingly, after starting witha 1st and goal at the 3 the Dolphins went bacward and kicked a FG. Achne had two more nice runs including the TD B
WR Tyrek Hill caught 2 balls, Smith fumbled, Washington had 48 yards. You can't win like that. D
OL The Dolphins end the year with question marks along the interior of the line. What's new? C-
LB The defense as a hole did not play well, they gave uo 58 points in 2 games to the Jets. The dysfunctional 5 win Jets... D
DL Sieler had a nice game, happy to see him get the sacks but the others were off their game. They lost to the 5 win Jets. That's just bad. D-
Secondary The 41 year old Rodgers threw fo 4 TDs. OUCH. They just did not play very well and an overhaul is probably needed next year. F
Special teams At least we have Sanders... And Washington was decent. B
Coaching
A fitting end to a very disappointing season. The Dolphins were out played by a 5 win dysfunctional team that did not seem interested in playing when Miami was playing for a winning record. That's just bad. The backup QB positionreally killed them this year but it wasn't only that the high priced offense just collpassed. Enough with the WR/TE screens on 3rd and long, it doesn't work !! F
