QB Moore was hot in the first half, very hot. He had 179 yards in the first half. He did miss a wide open Bess for a first down. His 3rd quarter was just awful, He fumbled twice and one was lost and converted to a TD by Brady and he also threw an INT. He did play good again in the 4th but it was too little and too late. By that time Brady and company scored 27 unanswered points and Moore could only take the deficit down to 3 points. His final stat line looks very good especially because of his three GREAT long passes (twice to MArshall for 41 and 47) and a 39 yarder to Hartline). He just knows to throw the deep pass with touch. He finished 17 of 33 for 294 yards, 3 TDs and 1 INT. B+
RB Reggie Bush is just playing lights out. He had his 4th consecutive 100 yard game as he finished with 113 yards on 22 carries with a great 5 yard per carry average he had all year. He proved to be an every down back and he is close to 1100 yards on the year. He was injured at the end of the game and I hope he can play in the last game to try and get to 1200 ayrds for the year and prove Sparano was right that he can be an every down back. A-
WR Marshall had a monster day. He caught two long balls and finished with 7 receptions for 156 yards and a TD. His average was more than 22 yards a catch ! He deserves an A all by himself. Hartline also played well with 72 yards on 4 catches including a 39 yarder. Clay and Bess caught TDs. A-
OL Long was injured and replaced by John Jerry. He played OK. The line had problems protecting Moore in the second half. Moore was sacked 5 times which is way too high. They did open things up for Bush though. C+
LB The first half was an A+ easily, but the second half, especailly the 3rd quarter they just could not get Brady and company off the field evewn though they played OK. Wake and Taylor had sacks. B-
DL Starks had a sack and most of the game they played well and put pressure on Brady (again except from the 3rd quarter). The Pats could not run tha ball and most of their 120 rushing yards came at the end of the game. C+
Secondary Brady ended up throwing for more than 300 yards even though he only had 87 in the first half. He is just unstoppable at times. He is on his way to surpass Marino's 5084 yard mark although Brees will probably throw for more. When Vontae Davis was hurt it really showed. C
Special teams Fields had a so and so game. The hang time was good but the punts were not as long as usual. Gates almost broke a kick for a score. He is playing much much better the last 5-6 games. C+
Coaching The second game coached by interim head coach Todd Bowles was OK. It is a game at New England. The Pats came in 22-1 at home in their last 23 games so the Dolphins did their best including a RB throw to the QB that drew a pass interference penalty. The first half was huge but they really played awful in the third quarter when the game was lost. Still, it's Tom Brady on the other side. C
